The onboarding process

AUDIT AREA DEFINED

An auditor or team logs in with username and carries out the audit of that area, identifying all obstructions and faults within the public realm. Data is logged onto smart phone application

AUDIT COMPLETED

Client establishes a geofenced boundary for audit area such as a city centre or approach to train station. Audit is assigned code.

CLIENT DATABASE

Using an audit code, the results can be viewed by the client via a web portal in an user friendly way using maps or visual analytics.

Date collection process

ISSUE IDENTIFIED
Auditor identifies an issue in the street that may be causing an obstacle to somebody with a disability

ISSUE LOGGED
User logs the access problem using offline / online application on smart phone. Data stored with evidence using phone apps & sensors

DATABASE PORTAL
Results stored in secure database and results & analytics viewed by client via web portal.
